Cabin $250/ night - sleeps 4
$1500 /week
2 night minimum
Pets $35 per night. Friendly well trained dogs are allowed. Do Not leave dogs in the house unattended. Leashes are required on walks in Butano Canyon. You will see many other people walking dogs, Say hi! People are friendly here
Cleaning fee $150. This is the direct cost of our professional cleaning service.
Additional apartment is available as an add-on for $175/ night - sleeps 2 with additional $75 cleaning fee. Includes private entrance, queen bed, bathroom with shower, sink, microwave and mini-fridge.

Policies
Check-In, Check-Out
Check in time is 4 PM.
Door lock code will be sent three days prior to your visit.
Check out is 11 AM.

Additional Fees
Damage to the cabin caused by pets and/or guests will be assessed per diem and invoiced.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations one week before, full refund.
Three days before, 50% refund
No refund if cancelled within three days
COVID Guidelines
We take Covid-19 very seriously and are committed to the health and safety of our customers, our residents and workers, and our local community. Our small, rural community is far from a hospital and includes elders and community members vulnerable to Covid due to pre-existing conditions, so we ask for your cooperation in observing these guidelines.
Please DO NOT travel, here or anywhere, if you are sick, and/ or have Covid symptoms.
If anyone from your party experiences any Covid symptoms during your stay including fever, cough, shortness of breath, please self-isolate and notify us immediately.
Please wash your hands frequently.
Please make sure that kids in your party follow all guidelines.

The Main Cabin
The main cabin includes two bedrooms (1 queen + 2 twin beds), one bathroom, a full kitchen, dining room, living room, and outdoor patio.
Extra Apartment
The extra apartment is downstairs. Available only as an add-on to the guests staying in main house.
The apartment sleeps 2, has a private entrance, queen bed, private bath with shower, sink, coffee, fridge and microwave, Wifi and a TV.
Dogs
Friendly well trained dogs are allowed for an additional fee of $35.00 per night.
